Who looks after your information
Run with Angge is Angelie Cabalo’s running website and private Studio. Angelie and her invited administrator can access the information needed to operate the website. For privacy questions, use the private contact form and say that your message concerns privacy.
Bookings and messages
When you reserve a run, we store the contact and runner details you enter, your chosen session, party size and reservation status. We use these to manage places, send confirmation and session updates, and respond to your questions. When you write to Angelie, your name, reply email and message are kept in her private inbox, along with replies and delivery records.
Booking details and private conversations are not published in the photo journal. A private booking link lets its holder view or manage that reservation: keep it to yourself. Public run-sharing links describe the session without including the private booking key.
Photos, stories and shared routes
Photos, stories and race or route information that Angelie chooses to publish can be viewed and shared by visitors. Public sharing may include a map or meeting place for a run. Ask before including other people in photos or naming them in a public story. Contact Angelie if you are featured and would like her to review it.
Services that help the website work
The website is hosted through Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure for website delivery, database and media storage. Resend delivers transactional emails and processes replies into Studio. Messages may also reach the mailbox provider used by the recipient. These providers may process data outside the Philippines.
Map tiles and place searches use mapping providers such as OpenStreetMap services; loading them shares normal connection information such as your IP address. External partner shops and social apps apply their own privacy terms when you open or share to them.
Studio’s optional AI writing and photo tools send the selected words or media to OpenAI when the owner requests that help. The public contact and booking forms do not need AI to work.
Browser storage and security
Studio uses an essential sign-in cookie. The website may retain working drafts or booking access in browser storage to continue your task. Server records support security, rate limits and troubleshooting. We do not ask for payment-card details in a run reservation.
Access is limited to authorised Studio accounts. Passwords are stored as salted hashes; reset links expire and work once. No online service can promise perfect security, so avoid putting unnecessary sensitive information in a message.
Keeping and removing information
Reservation and conversation records are kept to manage runs, follow up and resolve questions. Moving an item to Trash is recoverable until it is permanently removed. Backups, where retained, can keep older copies for recovery; deleting an item from the website does not immediately remove every backup or a recipient’s email copy.
You can ask Angelie to explain, correct or remove the information you provided. Include enough detail to find the record, without sending a password or private booking key. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you. Information needed for an unresolved booking, security issue or applicable recordkeeping requirement may need to be retained.
