Booking or confirmation trouble
Check your private run card for current details and your spam folder for the confirmation email. Write to Angelie with your name and session date if you need help. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Sharing a story
Facebook and WhatsApp buttons prepare a public link for you to review. On supported phones, Share opens the phone’s sharing menu. Instagram post and story pictures can be saved or shared to an available app, with a caption ready to copy. The apps decide which types of content they accept; you confirm the final post there.
If Facebook blocks its sharing window, use Copy link and paste it into a post. For a story, save the story-format picture, open your social app’s story editor, and add the picture. A link sticker, when available in that app, can point people back to the run or story.
Studio sign-in
Angelie and invited administrators can sign in to Studio. Use “Forgot password?” to request a private reset link for an existing Studio account. Links expire after 30 minutes and work once. Setting a new password signs out older password sessions.
A public visitor does not need a Studio account to book a run or send a message. New Studio access is by invitation; password recovery does not create an account.
